I searched for a sign company and did not receive quotes or call back from many of them. Then I called RMS Signs and spoke directly with Carla Wink. She was extremely excited about their work and eager to show me what they could offer. She drove down to my office in Canon City from Colorado Springs the same day! You never experience service like this anymore. I was shocked. I had other estimates come after Carla and I tossed them because they were missing something huge and that was service!
I was also pleasantly surprised when my signs were installed yesterday that they are equally beautiful. They were also an amazing deal. We are thrilled. You don't have to win the lottery when there are companies like RMS who make you feel like you won and saved $. If you are in Canon, drive by and check them out! 1032 Royal Gorge Blvd. RMS also had the awesome idea to utilize our space and put a vertical sign on our post for added advertising! Genius! RMS Sign is horrible at keeping in contact with their clients. I brought them examples of what I wanted printed and they expressed they would be in contact with me the following day. They never called me back, they gave my work to another employee, and I called numerous times about my signs without so much as a follow-up call. Each of my emails went unanswered and it seemed they were avoiding me, based on their poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Don't do business here. Like others here have written, this company refuses to call you back. It took over a week and three un-returned phone calls to the sales rep before I finally got a hold of him. Each time the receptionist tells me: "he is really busy". So? I'm busy too. The world is busy. If you want a new client take 20 seconds of your busy day and call me back. We finally meet, and I was promised a formal quote on my sign project.
Two more phone calls a week later and he won't call me back. I call and leave a message for the owner. And HE REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK! The receptionist tells me he is out of town. Again.so what? He doesn't own a cell phone? When he's out of town.do all company business functions cease until he get's back? Unbelievable. I don't know how this company stays in business when they won't speak to potential clients. My advice is to look for another sign company. This one is un-professional.

Frank does a lot to help small businesses get the best they can afford, and they've even come out quickly to respond to an "emergency" need for us. We appreciate you guys!

Based on the reviews, I thought this local company could assist me in making my Real Estate signs. I am a local Realtor and like supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, I called 3 times in 5 days and each time I was told a sales rep would call me back. I still have not heard from anyone. I guess I have to go online and support someone who is not local.
