I am wholeheartedly flabbergasted by this mans sheer unprofessionalism I call to get a repair on the awning and i requested he come out and we can secure the appointment I tell him we may consider just replacing the awning entirely this man proceeds to start screaming no no which one is it no I'm not doing it no! screaming over me I say sir allow me to speak if you come out and say the repair is intensive or the cost is similar to just getting a new one we would rather just replace it he continues screaming no that's not how this works. Really sir how is that not how this works totally unprofessional I'm shocked to say the least how don't you understand that concept.

From my phone call asking for a consultation to installation was 24 hours. Dave was professional, polite and took the time to explain what was going to be done. He made suggestions, but ultimately left the decision to me. He came with his workers and made sure I was happy upon completion. They cleaned up and left no mess at all. So satisfied!

Let there be Shade! I must give praise to Dave and his company. My wife and I contacted Dave during the week and he came by within the hour for a quote. We went along with purchasing a retractable awning and had doubts a couple of days later due to the sun setting pattern in our yard. Needless to say, Dave came back to reassure us that the awning would provide the needed shade. We felt confident after his second visit and waited for the full installation. Dave set a date and delivered a day earlier!
He and his staff were very respectful of the property and courteous to me and my wife. We highly recommend anyone looking for an outdoor awning to utilize this company. We are more than satisfied with the results. Money well spent.

I contacted Dave 2 years ago. He replaced material for my awning. He was professional and prompt. He and his crew came got it installed in no time and cleaned up the rest of it. Dave from Edge Signs and Awnings was one of the most welcoming and kindest people I've come across since moving to Staten Island. I recently bought my family's first home hear in the Island so there's been some work I had to take care of regarding the house. My awning in the backyard has been really crooked since I moved in and Dave was nice enough to hear me out and show up to my place in less than 15 minutes and realign my awning. free of charge!

Had an issue with my backyard awning. I called up Edge and spoke with Dave. He asked for pictures of my awning as to see the problem. Dave was very nice as well as honest with my situation. I called today and twenty minutes later Dave arrived with pamphlets. After measuring and giving us a quote, our next question was when could it be done as we were hoping to get it completed prior to NYE. He said today & half an hour later, he and his team were installing the awning! They did a wonderful job. We are beyond words pleased. Dave was transparent and so pleasant to work with. Thank God for Dave! I called this morning, he was here before lunch, he installed my Nothing New Thrift Shop sign quickly so that I had new customers all day! He could have tried to sell me an expensive fixer or charged me more for the convenience and the box truck and extras he needed to fix a problem another sign company left me with.but, he didn't. David is a great businessman who takes great pride in his work. He came highly recommended as I needed some signs for a health fair I'm participating in and I didn't want to go corporate like Staples or Fastsigns.
