Dale's has been selling signs for over 15 years. We have been in the printing business since 1990.Dale's Signs was officially established in 2009 by Dale & Brenda Hobson. We found ourselves being approached by our printing customers that found themselves dissatisfied with their experiences with other signs companies.
They loved the professional business relationship we provided as well as our timely delivery and were asking us if we could service them with signage. It was at that point that Brenda & I knew it was time to take a leap of faith and move in the direction of Signs. We began to buy the equipment necessary to produce different types of signs. We have never looked back.
We find ourselves growing each and every month and continue to purchase equipment that allows us to manufacture signs in house. This allows us to control the time of delivery. We are thankful to our loyal customers that have embraced us and continue to promote us in the Permian Basin area. Due to our website, we are certainly not limited to just the Midland / Odessa area. My experience with Dales Sign was horrible. I needed a price quote and proof for a sign at our business. I reached out to them on July 16th 2020. Which that went well. On 7/20/20 they sent out a nice gentleman to measure our sign. I waited a week for a price and Proof. On 7/28/20, I went over the their office to ask about the progress on the proof and price.
They could not even find my file and they would call me later once the person was working on it comes into work, this was at 9:30am that morning. I had to call them at 15:00 get to an update and still they could not help. On 7/29/20 I went back to their office to pick my file and decals that I had left for some other work I need done and again they could not find my file and lost my decals.
I canceled my request with them and found another sign company to complete my request. Just a friendly note stay as far away as you can from Dales signs. Their customer service is way below poor, it's non-existing.

The people that work here are super unprofessional and take too long to respond. It took them 2 days to come back and tell me the initial price promised was fake. They will give you a price that sounds good and will come back send you an invoice thats 7 times the price initially mentioned. Don't waste your time.

For my new business, I hired Dales Printing & Signs for most of my Printing and Signs needs. They did Magnetic Signs, Business Cards, several 2 part carbon-less forms, Door hangers and also wrapped my Ford Connect Van. I am thoroughly satisfied with their services, quality and friendliness. The jobs were always ready on or ahead of promised time. The pricing is much better than the major companies on the internet. I will give Dales Printing & Signs all of my work and would highly recommend.
