I was in a bind in a major way. my laser did not fit the project that had for a big client and I was running out of time. But wait! out of the blue, from left field, my saving grace, here at ArtCraft signs I found a gem and a new resource, a trump card if you will to keep in my back pocket. ArtCraft is as good as it gets. A truly responsive and thoughtful team of people who care deeply about their craft and their clients. We use them for essentially every project we do, they're always open to new ideas and methods, and are cost aware at every turn. I can't imagine using anyone else for any sort of installation/fabrication project.

Had an issue with one of their salespeople who was for some reason reluctant to add additional work that we wanted to pay for, but once I elevated it to management, Sean communicated with us well and addressed all our needs. Must have been some miscommunication there but we got a great end product!

I needed a desk name plate engraved for a grad student who was finishing her doctorate degree and I waited a touch too long to order it. I found art craft sign company online, called them and explained my situation, and they had the desk name plate finished in two days. I know that normally they need more time, but in this case, they made an exception. Sandy, the sales representative, had it ready for me and showed me around the business.
It is a real business, tucked away on South Acoma; I felt like a human being! Price was very reasonable ($25), product was beautiful, and it meant the world to my student. Support local businesses, meet cool people, and keep Artcraft Sign Company in mind.

I tried to get a quote from this company for a corporate retail sign and it did not go well. Had an hour long meeting with the executive sales rep and was under the impression that we knew exactly what we were doing but that was completely inaccurate. I asked him for multiple options and ideas and he consistently refused/ignored my request. I then asked him for a mock up to see what the one quote would look like and he stated that we had to pay an additional $80 for a mock up. as a graphic designer who has done many mock ups I know this takes minimal time and effort. A large waste of time and effort. I am not sure if it's the company of the ones sales rep that I worked with.
