This is my third time using FastSigns for my business signs and they never disappoint. They have been very easy to work with and the signs are always perfect or in the occasion that something was a little off they did not hesitate to correct it immediately. Highly recommend.

We have used them twice for signage boards for conferences we have hosted in Lexington. I met with Asia and she pulled up our orders from 2024 and we tweaked one of the signs before I left. I provided ideas for our other two signs and waited on the "proofs". Their imagination made our signs come alive. Everyone at our conference commented on the quality of the signage and especially liked the ones for our Keeneland event and Kentucky Castle event. Our sponsors were very pleased with their signage as well. We will keep them in mind for future needs.

Dawson, my account representative, was very helpful in getting me and my requests into their system and set up with the designer who I'd be working with. Katrina, the designer, was very patient and helpful as we progressed towards the final design. The final design is just what I wanted, and it looks great on the back window of my truck! I'll definitely be coming back for any, additional decals I'd like made in the future!

I've ordered from FastSigns (LEX, Richmond Rd) several times for clients and all signage has been produced with good results at competitive prices. I like how customizable I was able to make my sign for my tattoo studio. Other than some technical issues with the image files at the beginning (converting a jpeg to a vector file was very difficult without paying for a program) the process was easy to follow and my sign was done very quickly.

During quarantine many of my customers needed signage for their parking lots explaining curbside pick up and drop off. I was able to work with Connie to order about 50 signs on short notice. She had a skeleton crew and was even sick one day but she did an excellent job. Would be happy to work with her again.

We had a great experience with Fast Signs, Kareem took great care of us. We just lost our home in a fire and wanted a sign to put in our front yard to thank the neighbors. Even with it being graduation season they did a rush order for us. They even donated part of the sign which was not asked for but was appreciated.

The graphic design staff and installers are so friendly. I enjoyed the entire process of getting new signs for our school. From them suggesting different materials, to tweaking the final designs, everything was awesome! The staff was able to get us signs that were in our budget and that get noticed! Everyone at our school loves our new signage!!!

Bait and switch pricing. I'm not sure if it was simply an oversight on their part, or if it's a regular practice of theirs. Either way, they should've tried to resolve the issue rather than letting me go as a customer. I needed a 2'x4' banner made within 2.5 business days. When I called for an estimate, I was told $92. I sent in the file and received a written estimate of $150.
I called to try and reconcile the difference and I was told that it was due to it being a rush job. I noted that the salesperson on the phone with me originally said that because it's so small and because no sewing was needed, they can get it done on time without charging me the extra. He did not budge and said he would cancel the order. Perhaps the original lady was mistaken or spoke too soon, but there are plenty of other printers out there that would at least attempt to make up for it in some way.

Fastsigns of Oakland has excellent customer service. A few months back, Michelle produced a new placard for our electronic box sign for our shop in Alameda. She got the project turned around quickly and done well at a reasonable price. After not getting much help from a sign shop near another shop in Vallejo, I spoke Marie. She gave me expert and thoughtful advice, even for products that they don't produce.

My name is Alexander Belov. My first time working with Fast Signs was quite good and Justin Fong Account manager in Hayward was very helpful and professional. It was one year ago. During these time we have few projects in our church and for my business, even where my magnetic sign start to pilling off, it was my fault (I did not follow the instructions attached) they give me free replacement with decal, all was executed with excellent performing.
Because of this experience I have suggested using Fast signs for all future projects requiring a signage scope in our church. We very much appreciated the hard work put forth by Justin and his team and look forward to working with Fast signs again in the near future.

FANTASTIC customer service. Quite possibly the best in the Bay Area. Oscar at the Oakland location completely won me over-- He was polite, efficient, professional and returned every call. I was on a tight deadline for an insane project and had to call 4+ times in one day, probably had a new issue or question every day that week. He was understanding the entire time and helped me without a complaint. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Oscar and FastSigns!

I'm not a graphic designer so I have a hard time getting on paper what's on my mind. I love that I can send my thoughts to Fastsigns and Michelle Darnell and the Oakland staff can create the vision I see in my head. I've worked with Fastsigns for over 10 years and have also referred my family here. Fastsigns always does a fantastic job with any of my projects. As a new business owner a great piece of advice I received was that marketing is an investment rather than an expense. So, when looking for marketing material I wanted a company that provided quality service & products. The process to submit my designs was seemless. Michelle communicated in detail and answered additional questions to ensure I would be satisfied with my order. On the day of pickup, I shed a tear.
My banners came in durable carrying cases and my tablecloth looked exactly like the proof. At my launch event the attendees were impressed not only by the design but the sturdiness of the hardware. Great service and high quality product! My banner was done the day before it was promised. Oscar was great, very helpful and attentive.
