This guy rocks called his for an estimate for a couple signs. went on his computer made the template for the sign better than what I asked for had it ready with in an hour. high quality very happy.

This is supposed to be a friend of the family. That did not prove to provide anything to my benefit. Initially spoke to Richard the owner requesting a business card design and print 500 cards. Initial communication was good follow through with horrible. Submitted logo to a young lady in the office via e-mail. requested an invoice so I can pay half up front and half at job completion. Never received invoice, sent another email requesting invoice again and did not receive avresponse for 3 business days. horrible customer service and terrible email response time.
Somebody needs to teach this new generation about email etiquette. I will never do business with them and definately wont reger anybody to them. I would love to support Chicano business owners but truth must be told.

I usualy don't write reviews online but I just wanted everyone to know how this company goes above and beyond for their customers. I wanted to make my daughter's Sweet 16 special but, as any father of a teenage girl can tell you, she changed her mind at least 9 times about the theme she wanted for the big day. Los Angeles Banner Stands was more than patient with each change - offering their suggestions and insight with each new idea she had. Instead of charging us our life savings for all the designs - they turned the "brainstorms" into a collage that became the talk of the party! Couldn't have asked for a better printing company.
