My creative side has allowed me to be very successful in developing and administering innovative training classes and programs and my love of performing in local theatre companies and training at The Second City has helped enable me to be an effective communicator and presenter to all audiences. Conversely, my strong analytical nature, technical background, and organizational talents have made it easy for me to be an effective problem solver, improve processes, and obtain my Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9000 Auditor Certification.
