We paid this company over 30k for an expedited sign in July to have a sign delivered by the end of August 2026. Not only do we have no sign as of 10/13/26, they refuse to answer phone calls or emails and have given no updates or photos of progress as promised.

We paid IDM (Jabian Menard and Amy Edwards) over $28,000 in deposits for multiple projects (signage production - ADA, channel letters). It has been over eight weeks now. Just like the other reviewers, we have received no signage whatsoever, no replies in over three weeks, and were clearly scammed. We are still attempting to recover our deposits and seek a resolution with Jabian and Amy, so that we can put this behind us. Unfortunately, we will likely have to pursue criminal charges and civil damages since it appears they have no intention to make this right.

These individuals are running a scam operation; they are essentially thieves and will make multiple false promises to get your hard earned cash in their greedy pockets so they can keep up the facade. As a woman owned small business owner myself -I have never experienced these types of unethical predatory business practices or not had project issues resolved professionally and satisfactorily. Everyone should do some research into these individuals and their affiliated companies - the existing criminal charges and civil lawsuits - and should prohibit them from continuing to take advantage of consumers.
