James Z. is an incredible project manager - overseeing quotes, contracting, content trafficking, and onsite installations/removals with flawless quality and service. Danielle has been our "onsite gal" for two years now, and she's been amazing.

Taylor was extremely helpful in finding the right design choices for our signs and very prompt in his responses. The install tech Danielle was timely and efficient with installing our signs. I cannot say enough good things about Heritage Printing in Charlotte, NC. After recently coming into our new office, I went to our usual printer looking for some canvas prints and not only did they try to talk me out of getting them, it took them three days to tell me they couldn't even produce them. During those three days I contacted other printers throughout the southeast our company has relationships with with no luck. After a quick google search on a Friday afternoon I found Heritage. Not only was Lamar professional and patient (he stayed on the phone with me after hours), he also worked with me over the weekend (while they were closed) to get the project completed on time. This place is the definition of service-oriented! Please, please give them a call. Quality, service, and an absolute pleasure to work with!

UPDATE: Because google won't let you review businesses twice I just wanted to note that even a year later Heritage and Lamar are still impressing me! They've done more custom canvas wraps for us but recently installed a stunning wall decal that took tons of coordination. They truly are the best!

Exceptional. Again! We've contracted with Heritage Signs & Displays for two large projects: awards walls and branded accent wall wraps/displays. Each time, the experience has been great. Even when minor flaws need correcting, the replacement piece(s) are shipped and installed immediately (overnight). The professionalism of the team -- James, Chad, and Justin -- is beyond compare. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

We used Heritage Signs for an updated wall wrap at our office and they were extremely professional and had incredible follow through. James managed the project and provided helpful information on removal of our previous vinyl and install of the new vinyl and Danielle our installer was always timely and did a great job with the install. Would definitely use again!

We ordered a "big check" for our team event and Heritage Custom Signs & Displays did a beautiful job designing the check. James was extremely responsive and took time ensure every detail was right. I was creating a shadowbox to celebrate my company's 100th anniversary. I needed a 'wow' factor, a centerpiece to surround all the memorabilia and photos. I found Heritage online and was impressed with their CNC cut dimensional signs; it was a lot like I had envisioned to match the depth of the tiered objects going in the box. James Z. managed my job, and was in constant communication with me, giving me options as he quoted it, updating me on the status, and even sending me a couple pictures of the finished product before it shipped (one attached). We were on a time-crunch, very close to Christmas/New Years and I had an unveiling deadline of Jan 5. Heritage turned my order around incredibly fast and the custom sign arrived before the date I requested (which was already unreasonably tight). I was impressed with the quality of the cuts, the attention to detail and the craftsmanship. It was mounted well and installed easily -- the cleat was nice and level and didn't require any alterations. It's truly a work of art. I highly recommend Heritage; I entrusted them with a VERY important piece under a tight deadline and they delivered and exceeded my expectations.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Heritage Printing! James and team really saved us during a large scale project that took place in the US. We had one week to deliver large format prints to a retailer and Heritage Printing was there for us, returning emails on the weekend, coordinating several job prints and making us feel that we were their top priority. Very professional and very easy to work with.

The Quality of the printing was some of the best we have seen. The packaging and delivery was perfect. Everything well wrapped and packaged with no damages.

When it is was time for us to update our display I had a rough concept in mind and at least knew the type of display stands I wanted. Looking online I found Heritage and several other companies in the Charlotte area, all had good reviews, but Heritage was the only one that had a showroom and invited me to visit that day with no appointment! That was great considering we had a tight schedule to work with.

When I showed up I met Jerry Hyatt who was took me right around to show me what they could do and I was extremely impressed. After the tour we sat-down to discuss the project and what I was looking for. Needless to say what I thought I had well thought out, really wound up being some pictures and a layout idea with very little else. This did not phase Jerry a bit, and he went right in to throwing out some ideas and thoughts on color and graphics that could be used. He really was able to make me feel at ease with the process and get it moving. When I left that day Jerry still had very little from me to work with and I was nervous on w
how this was going to go with our time line.

5 days later I get an email from Jerry with his first draft and all I could say was WOW! I couldn't believe what he had done with very little information to work with. After a few tweaks, we were approved and ready for print. All said from start to finish the whole process was 3 weeks, which was outstanding turnaround. The displays themselves were absolutely amazing! They turned out so much better than we had ever conceived of having. That was all thanks to Jerry Hyatt and his great vision and work. Since then we have done 7 trade shows and have been complimented every time on these displays. I would recommend Jerry and Heritage to everyone for their needs. I look forward to working Jerry again on our next project for RDH & BR Retreading.

Academy of United States Veterans hosted Veterans Week celebrations with special guests U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs David Shulkin, the cast of NBC's The Brave, and of CW's Valor. We worked with Jerry Hyatt who provided us with high-quality step and repeats for our red carpet arrivals. Immediately upon coming to the company for quotes and assistance with selecting the step and repeat that was best for us, he approached the project with excitement and impressive expertise. Our guests were fans of the backdrop as well. They were a key element of what made our event unique and fun. They are also a veteran-owned business, which is a plus for us! We love supporting the veteran community whenever we can. We would highly recommend going to Heritage for your printing needs.

I cannot possibly express how great is was to work with Heritage Printing. We used them to print large FoamCore boards for an art show we hosted. The boards came out beautifully and the pictures here do not do it justice. Not only was the printing quality superb, we also tasked them with placing foam boards on top of foam boards to increase dimensionality in the final design. We were nervous about them placing these in the correct locations, but they turned out PERFECT.

In addition, our sales manager, Jerry Hyatt, was amazing. No only was he professional, but he seemed to very much care about our show and our final product. He had a great personality and I trusted him completely in getting everything done on time. Kudos!!
