One of the signs of a great company is the attention that they give to small requests. We were extremely happy with the service that James Zambrano gave to us as we worked on 6 wall graphic installations. No stone was left unturned in the intricate design and installation of these projects. I worked with Heritage for the first time to print a banner for a fundraising event. I had a great experience working with Jeff! Just after my order was submitted, Jeff called to make sure everything was accurate and sent over a proof for review. He even followed up with a tracking number and to make sure I was satisfied with the delivered product. The banner is beautiful and great quality. I would absolutely recommend Heritage!

Heritage did a great job on our sign, and everyone involved was very friendly and super helpful! Kyle came out and talked to us about the design, and drew it up. It looked great. Jeff coordinated getting it installed and was fast and efficient. Steve did the actual install and it looks great. Plus Steve gave his free opinion on how we could line up photos with the sign, and other things we can do on the adjacent wall. That was very helpful! I highly recommend this company.

We recently used Heritage to print several large pieces for a trade show my colleagues and I were attending. We had a pretty large order (2 10ft fabric towers, 13 pop-up banners, and 2 interlocking towers) but Heritage made the process absolutely seamless. I cannot speak highly enough of the Heritage team. We have worked with them several times and they are always professional and timely and are very good communicators. James Z, in particular, made our order process stress-free and I cannot thank him enough! He was quick to respond to any questions I had and he ensured that our order was printed and delivered on time (even though I was personally behind schedule on getting designs to them!). James even caught a printing error and immediately brought it to my attention to triple check before shipping. Heritage goes above and beyond.
