Jenny Levine is a rock star! I was having difficulty getting the right file format to her for a very large sign project for a fundraiser to build a new playground in our community park. Absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I felt welcomed into their 'family' of employees as each person personally treated me with care, respect and professionalism. Buyers beware! Do not use this company! I purchased several yard signs from here and when I went to pick them up the frames were scratched up all over and missing the protective paint coating. They looked used! Or as they said, horribly mistreated during shipment. Murray came out to speak with me and try to sell me on the fact that no one would look at the frames because they were looking at the graphics and then tried to say that over time they would show wear and tear anyway.

This whole excuse was just terrible. I didn't know what to do. I had already paid for them before I noticed the product. I felt completely taken advantage of. The receptionist was nice enough and said she would see if they could repaint them or do something helpful perhaps offer a price adjustment because I would have to put in some elbow grease.

In the end- They did not offer any sort of restitution. Basically stood there and said that's how it was. Meanwhile trying to say they wanted me to be a happy customer. I will have to take home and sand and repaint the frames myself, especially if I want to protect them from rusting. I just don't feel good about buying a crap product but I didn't really have a choice because they said if I ordered new frames they would come in scratches as well and anywhere else would also have scratched frames.

So I decided I would just take them and fix them up myself. Then while loading them into my car, he belittled me and tried to antagonize me by insisting to wrap each metal frame with paper, trying to say he just wanted to protect my trunk. But my trunk already had a sheet of thick paper protecting it. Maybe it's because I am a female customer, I'm not sure but it was a horrible pick up experience.

They did an absolutely amazing job on the wrap for That Awesome Taco Truck!

Murray and his team contributed largely to the success of a 400-attendee conference held in multiple locations. We had many challenges in moving these guests from location to location and within labyrinth-like buildings. 12 Point Signworks exceeded our expectations and the attendees RAVED about the signage. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, quality, and timeliness of their work. Of all the conference expenses we incurred, this one was possibly the most valuable (and reasonable)!

Our company needed a rush print job done for a tradeshow display due to a printing error by a competitor. 12 point did not offer the specific type of product printing we needed in house, but thanks to their generous referral, they helped us find another vendor that got us what we needed delivered on time. Several months ago, we began the seemingly daunting task of finding a company to get our first vehicle wrapped. From the first time we inquired information from 12-Point, we knew they were the right company for us. They were the quickest to return our emails and included a mock-up of a design idea in our estimate-- something no other company did. (The others wanted us to pay them 50% before the first idea hit paper.) Murray and Rich were really easy to work with and our van turned out wonderfully! And it was affordable for our small business! We're excited to get it out on the road this week!

I am so delighted with 12-Point SignWorks! After 8 years of driving around with a wrap on my Janet's Planet car, I was hesitant to trade in my car and get a new wrap. You see I had come to love the visibility with my car, but after 235,000 miles, it was time for a new car and a new wrap. The previous vendor who wrapped my first car is no longer in business, so I began the search.

I thankfully found 12-Point SignWorks. Rich totally got jazzed about the concept and took the design process to an entirely new level. There was never a time when he wasn't attuned and open to my minor changes and always responded with respect my subtle changes to the design. To say I was nervous when I finally brought my new car to them to get the wrap put on is an understatement.

Would it be as good as the old one? Would it really be my 'brand?' When I arrived on NEW YEAR'S DAY, (yes, Murray the owner was willing for me to pick it up on a major holiday as I had to drive to a gig on January 2nd, ) I was OVERJOYED! The delivery was prompt and the signage was really easy to install. Very satisfied with their work and will be ordering additional signs soon.
