We hired Kuper Signs to create and hang a banner for our office. The banner was created, looks great, and installed. It was knocked from the building from a storm, where no other signs were knocked down, so one can assume it was installed terribly. The major complaint is that I called and messaged Josh Kuper multiple times to come back and put it back up, and after lying to me twice about coming out to finish the job, he stopped answering my calls and messages. This situation makes me feel as if all he was out for was to get paid for the job, and then his responsibility was over. Very poor customer service experience.
