Chris Riggs just happened to open the door when we first dropped in. I had googled sign companies in our area. We knew our HOA job was not large but figured maybe we could get a referral. We explained our issue of not wanting to drill into our new building exterior, but wanted to put the street address up on metal flashing. Chris suggested vinyl numbers that we could design in any size and color.

We could even have them irredesent for nighttime. We got the job done quickly and painlessly. And the price was reasonable. And Super Graphics even installed. Our residents love the new look!

I love that you have a clock on your building, and because you do have a clock on your building I believe you should make sure it is running and has the correct time at all times.

Mark Kenny and Chris Riggs are AMAZING! This company really knows how to take care of the customer and understands every customer and project is unique. Their print products are superb (noticeably better at a better cost them my last printer who I worked with for 15 years) and are high and above other printers in Seattle (I have tried many).I highly, highly recommend SuperGraphics and their team.

Lost its luster. Behind the times in design, service and products. Resting on laurels. Needs big shot in the arm. Lack of follow-through by lead personnel, carries through to whole culture.

Horrible.on all levels. If you want to be told one thing and then have something else delivered, this is your place. We had multiple delays due to their equipment failing supposedly, installer conflicts due to over-scheduling and the sales rep saying one thing and yet delivering something else. After bringing the issue to their management countless times and feeling that these issues would be corrected they delivered another bombshell.that they needed to re-schedule again! WOW. Talk about a place that does not know how to do business.

This company really helped me out on a project. they are super professional. based on all of the conversations I had with several other companies in the area. they were very responsive, experienced, provided great customer service, understood my needs, had great follow-up, and reasonably priced. Great company to work with! Lastly, GREAT FINAL PRODUCT! Thank you Supergraphics! Hats off to you. Cannot thank you enough.
