Sentinel Pointe has been so lucky to work with the Signworks team through a large rebranding process of our 30 year old retirement facility. I could easily say they have the best customer service I may have ever experienced and their excitement for our year long project was evident in their attention to detail and ideas when I was struggling for direction.
I will work them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone considering new signage. They were also the only sign company that contacted the city and came to me with total and complete information regarding sign ordinances, permits, electric on our very first meeting.

The product is great, but I the open office hours are difficult for those who work a day job. They have no online invoicing, and will ship if asked, but not offered. In the days where dotcom is taking over, I would have liked to see this local company be more "user friendly" in our fast-paced society. I would much rather buy local, but after my experience of not being able to work within the hours of 8:30 to 5pm, ordering online may be a better option.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Great products and fabulous artwork! Ann has gone above and beyond to help me with my campaign signs for several elections. This morning Ann met me super early in the morning despite it being her husbands birthday! Although I am on the other side of the State, I love the work that Signworks is able to produce in a very timely manner and at a competitive price. Thank you Signworks!
