Customer service was great. The stencil has fantastic detail. The only thing is I wish I had some instructions or suggestions on best practice. I left the stencil on too long and it stuck to the project.

My stencil was lost in the mail and Stencils Online reached back out to me to offer to me help. Although once the product leaves the facility it's no longer their responsibility I thought that was the NICEST thing that they considered sending me a new stencil and going the extra mile to make sure I the customer was served.
