Bill was very helpful, and very informative when I reached out to him for some flat cut letters. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in the DeSIGNery to produce a quality product. Delivery was timely, though I know in many cases production times can vary. Everything arrived in excellent condition and our customer was very happy with their sign. Beautiful and quality cut bronze lettering, lovely color, texture, and overall appearance. Very satisfied and would work with Bill again!
